Héctor is the chef, the creator, the dreamer — the one who hand-smashes every patty like it's the most important thing in the world, because to him, it is. Nina keeps everything running behind the scenes: the numbers, the details, the long days, all while raising three incredible girls. Avril, Hannah, and Eva are the heartbeat of this whole thing — the reason we show up every day and give it everything we've got. Abuela makes it all possible by loving and caring for those three little tornadoes while we work. And Nis — our foundation, always smiling, always believing in us — shows up at the trailer and reminds us why we started.
